Not sure how many people saw the series "Brockmire" when it aired on IFC. Crave has since picked up the rights to it in Canada and if you're a subscriber, all four seasons of the series are there. 

In the show, the great Hank Azaria plays a major league baseball broadcaster, a huge abuser of alcohol, drugs and sex, who has a meltdown on air and winds up working in the minor leagues. The first three seasons are absolutely terrific, although I really didn't like the final year at all. 

Anyway, if you're a fan, it turns out Azaria isn't finished with the character yet. He'll be back as the broken broadcaster in a brand new form - a podcast, where the character interviews real legends, including those from the broadcasting and sports radio world. If you liked the show, this may be right up your alley - er, batting cage.
