CFRB (and now Ontario network host) Jerry Agar constantly makes reference to his early upbringing in the tiny town of Gilbert Plains, Manitoba. Turns out they haven't forgotten him. The pic below is from the town's website. It shows the 1967 Gilbert Plains Legion Bantam "B” Manitoba Champs and Western Canadian Finalists. 

Agar is circled, pictured third from left. He actually appears to have a smile on his face. Make of that what you will!
