    Toronto Star Taking A Gamble On Online Gambling

    Last May came the stunning news that the Toronto Star - Canada's biggest newspaper - had been sold. 

    Now the new owners seem to be literally betting that online gambling is the key to helping finance the future of their journalism, with the somewhat surreal announcement that, when it comes to placing a few wagers, all bets are on. 

    Torstar plans to start an online casino betting business later this year

    If this were such a great idea, Channel Zero would have already thought of it...no? 
    Would have been a great way to fund CHCH...?
