He spent years at City TV as a reporter, an anchor and one of the co-hosts of BT. But now Roger Petersen, so unceremoniously dumped a few months ago by Rogers, has landed on his feet. But while you won't be seeing him on the air, you may see some of his clients.
Roger has joined a company called Fraser Torosay, a media coaching and crisis communications firm that helps people navigate their way through the media thicket.
Given what's happened this past week, I'm glad he found a place to land. I know Roger and he's one of the good ones. I hope he thrives there - and enjoys the fact that his new job doesn't start at 6 in the morning!

I noticed Hugh Burrill is also part of the team. I went to the Seneca Radio and TV program with Roger. We were with a group from Seneca that went Yuk Yuks at Yonge And Eglinton. One of the students was a neighbour of Mark Breslins right hand man, Jeff Eisen and got a dozen or so tickets. We were told by management we were not welcome to return to the club.It seems Roger and I were getting too many laughs when the comedian on stage decided to centre out our table, particularly Roger and myself. Hecklers through and through!
