Ongoing U.S. Election Coverage To Disrupt Simsub For Cdn. Stations

Simsub seems to be the only reason many Canadian stations show any American programming at certain times these days. What will they do when their schedules are thrown into chaos by news disruptions down south?

The answer will be on display in primetime Wednesday when many of the major American networks interrupt programming for continuing coverage of the election. Will they show the scheduled programs despite the fact they won't get the cable advantage? What do they do if they show the episodes and then the AmNets put them on a week from now?

Another admittedly minor complication from a crazy election, but if you're DVR-ing anything, you might want to take a second look.
