In light of what has happened in Canada and the U.S. (predominantly) the media industry in Canada has launched a BIPOC (Black and Indigenous and People of Colour) policies to govern future hiring decisions.
My sense is we will see more from other cultures in the media as we're seeing already...but I expect new content to come from this move, to reflect the lives and practices of other cultures.
If you were to gaze into your crystal ball, what will the media landscape look like in 2-3 years time?
