It's still coming out of CKNW, but Drex is gone and will be replaced by a former B.C. Sportsnet personality. It's one of a few changes that will affect what you hear on GNR640.

I have vague memories of Joel Matlin and his AlarmForce radio ads. This sounds like a pay to play type show.

Looks like there's another new permanent host, although he's basically been doing it for a while now anyway They've just made it official. The show airs here on GNR640. And the article notes that Hewitt once worked at CHTZ-FM in St. Catharines, before moving out west. He's based in Calgary.
