One 3-hour segment of his Saturday/Sunday program seems to contain more commercials than one would hear on FM 88.5 the Jewel on a typical week day (other than perhaps morning drive, although I'm not sure even that is accurate). Question -- is this a brokered program and if so is identical material including commercials running across the "network" (if that's what it is)?
K.K.

According to the show's clock, there is a combination of national and local spots. The former presumably air on all the stations that take the show, while the local avails can be sold to whoever is interested in each market.

Dominant pink area is the tunes (American Woman, Born to be Wild, Oh What a Feeling & Sugar Mountain) while yellow & green areas are commercials, Jodi Thornton's traffic alerts, COVID 19 wash your hands etc?
Doesn't seem to reflect reality

It's from their site, so I have to assume it's accurate. Whether Jewel 88.5 is able to sell all their local avails is another matter.

Well... throwing this out there too. That is the clock, but the show is more than likely sent out as an mp3 to each station in segments. This means local stations can run the show late to fit more spots into the show. There is a good possibility the local station you had been listening to either added more spots than the clock allows, cut a segment to fit more spots, or simply something happened where one segment didn't air and it rammed 2 islands together.
