    Moose Hunting season

    Not only are Wasaga Beach-combers prohibited from strolling their own beach but Wasaga broadcaster 97.7 Max FM is missing inaction, replaced this morning by FM 97.7 the Moose out of Bancroft.    A nice change (although the tunes seem to be the same 70s, 80s & 90s material everyone else is "spinning")

     1 hour ago by 97.7 Max FM⚠️Due to a suspected lightning strike, our transmitter is taking a nap & we are off air until work crews can get us back up & running this morning. ⚠️

    There was very little thunder & lightning.     

    It was probably caused by Toronto people coming to the Dardanella for a beer & a burger.    Go back to Toronto and take your lightning with you
