    Wow, just watched Sportsnet dot ca and Arash Madani and Shi Davidi talking about today's intra-squad game..and Vladdy Guerrero...

    He looks fabulous and very trim...

    Here is a video with him on YouTube from June 29th...

    He has to be proud...I am on Keto and weight loss isn't always easy...you say no a lot...but the benefits are amazing...
