Defunct CKOO Radio Kelowna Ratings Increase

Back in April CKOO (Soft 103.9) went off the air due to a lack of advertising from COVID-19.  Strangely, the station had their best numbers in today's release of Numeris Spring ratings. The station would have closed down at some point during the survey.  They came in 5th out of 9 stations in Kelowna.  The chart courtesy of Radio West.

Re: Defunct CKOO Radio Kelowna Ratings Increase

This was a bit of a weird book as Numeris moves towards continuous measurement in diary markets; it includes 6 weeks of data from the fall, and 12 weeks from the spring. In some smaller markets, they had to end spring measurement early and mix in some even older data. Not sure what the case was for Kelowna.
