Their real names are Daniel Trombley Ingram, Larry Lee Blankensburg and Donald Revert, but fans of radio know them better as Dan Ingram (WABC) Larry Lujack (WLS/WCFL) and The Real Don Steele (KHJ). All were inducted into the Top 40 Radio Hall of Fame this week. Both Frankie Valli and Mitch Ryder were there for the ceremonies on Friday.
In other news, there actually IS a Top 40 Hall of Fame and for reasons unknown to most, it's located in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Also worth noting: the headline on a local story about the event stresses Frankie Valli - and not the honoured jocks.
[Edit: Some quick research shows it's sponsored by a local AM oldies station (WFLI), and appears far from being very official. But good for them for creating a promotable. Also worth noting - they carry the syndicated rerun programming of the first three late inductees - seen below - so I'm guessing that's why they were the first ones chosen.]

Never heard of this before. I guess anyone can start a Hall of Fame.
