CJOH-TV in Ottawa loses 3 of it's key news anchors in one day!
CJOH is like CFTO...it is the main CTV affiliate in the Nations Capital...2 of their main news anchors and the Sports guy retired today...in this article and report in the Ottawa Business Journal, they cite changes to how news is delivered, where the news reporter shoots and tells their on story, budget cuts, fiscal issues, revenue declines is causing some major shifts in the TV news business...in Toronto, we've seen changes and losses too...mostly at CFTO over the years...Ken Shaw, Joe "The Swiss" Tilley and a few others have retired or been shown the door...
