Bell Media Changes Its Mind About Playing A Christmas Classic

A song many of us didn't like originally will be back on Bell Media stations this Yule.

Bell Media radio stations will play ‘Baby, It’s Cold Outside’ again

Glad to see they have come to their senses.  It was ridiculous in general  for radio to pull it in the first place, trying to be 21st century politically correct..  How many times (male or female) have you been at a party and the host pours you a drink and you think it's a little strong and you say "Say what's in this drink?" It was the 40's.

Wonder if the Me Too movement ever listen to Ed Sheeran?  "The Shape of You" for Example with lyrics like "
Last night you were in my room
And now my bedsheets smell like you
Every day discovering something brand new
I'm in love with your body

Less offensive than "What's In This Drink?"

Didn't know that Bell played the song in the first place. Even the overly politically correct CBC radio and streaming services last year decided to play the original versions of Baby It's Cold Outside. They apparently had a lot of complaints from listeners when it was dropped for a few weeks. Sounds more like a lot of people just jumping on the bandwagon because it was in the news.
