What Goes Into Recording A Radio Station's Jingle I.D.

This is about seven years old, but this is the first time I've seen it. It's a fascinating look at how they make a seemingly simple top of the hour I.D. - and what really goes into it.

That Jingle package can easily be recycled with the vocals removed and new vocals put in.
Is ABC holding exclusive rights? Or have any Canadian stations picked up a very similar jingle package?

No idea about Canadian stations, but this jingle is certainly one that has been used elsewhere. From the comments section on this video's YouTube page:

"I think this must be THE best news jingle ever made by JAM - we bought it for our internet station Solid Gold Gem AM in November 2012 and the re-sing is SUPERB."
