For me it was when a key guest did not show up for an interview, it was an hour long talk show and I had a 30 minute segment arranged, I kind of panicked, but managed to pull it off by calling a colleague last minute and then opening the lines to callers...

One other was when I did weekend news way, way back when and a story off the wire, from Texas mentioned Mike Hunt as one of the perpetrators in this news story, remembering Radio 101 from Seneca, I quickly used Michael and not Mike...lol... (fast thinking award for sure)...
