Will This Wolfman Jack Documentary Ever Actually Come Out?

I accidentally wandered into the official Wolfman Jack Show website, and I have no idea how old this information is or whether any of this will ever actually come to pass. But if it does, I'd be the first in line to see it. It's a Wolfman Jack documentary, featuring footage of the radio great and interviews with his family, friends and co-workers.

Here's the bumpf from the site:

"We are currently developing a feature length biographical documentary film that tells the true story about Wolfman Jack. The film will reveal Wolfman's early childhood in New York and follows him from his start in radio, to the birth of Wolfman Jack in Mexico, which included a gunfight, all along the way to his meteoric rise to fame.

"The documentary will also chronicle the huge impact Wolfman Jack had on radio and the music business.

"Through filmed interviews with his family, friends, fans, including many celebrities, co-workers and co-stars, plus photos and historic film clips, with love and respect, we reveal the man and the myth.

"As the Wolfman would say; "If you do right, you come out right."

No word on an expected completion or release date.
