    Bell Rebranding Encore As "Starz" On March 1st

    Most Canadians know about HBO and Showtime, two of the biggest pay cable channels in the States. Starz is the third big pay player down south and now the brand is being brought to Canada as a replacement for Encore and an add on for Crave TV. The price: an extra $6 a month.
