    Nova Scotia radio station selling its entire vinyl collection

    I only wish it were a station in Toronto. I'm guessing there may be some real gems in there, depending on how far back they go.

    I wouldn't be surprised if all the really good discs somehow managed to develop legs before the sale long before the sale took place.  

    Brings back thoughts of the legends told of two staffers at CFNY that got a U-Haul and loaded up on discs before they were sent to the dump.  At least here, the money went to charity.

    So has anyone ever "liberated" a neat or unusual disc from their station's library?  Personally, I've been too chicken, but I've dubbed off a bunch.
