If You've Ever Gotten Sick Of "Regular" Callers To Talk Shows...

Then you're going to love this video. It's a British talk show host who loses it on a caller that's dialed the digits and gotten on air one time too many. (Where was his screener during all this?)

My favourite part of the exchange comes when the annoying caller complains, "You're not letting me speak," and then notes the host has been talking a lot too. "IT'S MY FLIPPING SHOW!" the host screams in response. I think part of this was the guy behind the mic trying to create a "radio moment" out of an unfortunate situation. You can watch and decide if he did that or not.

Stop phoning me you weirdo!'

I think the host is playing this up a bit for "radio" value.

This makes me wonder how the screeners are not catching this guy.    They clearly have screeners because he knows who's coming up on other calls.

That was my thought, as well. It sounded a bit staged, although I don't think the caller was in on it. Still, it was fun to listen to and the guy made a least a small bit of lemonade out of this lemon.
