Sometime SOWNY poster David Marsden is the final honouree in Jim Johnston's list of great people in radio, a project he started on Jan. 1, 2018.

In the piece, Marsden talks about how he nearly missed landing his very first gig in radio - and almost did the same with his subsequent big break at CKEY, the incredible coincidence that led to later in his life, his unexpected surprise at WABC, a crisis point at CFNY and the big secret he once feared would destroy his career.    

While the article is unfortunately riddled with typos, it's well worth the read.
