It's been a bit of an overlooked story in this election, but a court has ruled that Bell Media was within its rights to reject ads from right-wing candidate Faith Goldy.
Goldy has been having trouble getting any media exposure and finding a spot in debates, since she's branded by many as close to being a neo-Nazi. She tried to get commercials placed on CP24, but Bell refused to accept them.
Now it may be too late for her to to take her complaint any further, with the election being held on Monday. And she may also be on the hook for court costs.
