Video One Show on CBC ?
The above snip is from an issue of Billboard magazine from September 1971 and it mentions a show called Video One on CBS hosted by Reiner Schwarz but I think they meant CBC. I came across it when I was trying to research exactly when Reiner left CHUM FM and Joined CHOM FM in Montreal. May have been sometime in 1972 but the internet is not necessarily reliable for exact dates on such changes. In any case I don't remember this show. Does anyone else and does anyone remember when RS left CHUM FM ?
ok I know this is obscure but I thoght someone here may know.

From March 1971 I was a daily listener to CHOM-FM. The only two DJs I recall were Doug Pringle and Reiner Schwarz. I think Reiner was there from day 1 along with Doug - but that was along time ago.

Other DJ's familiar to Toronto listeners that worked at CHOM FM include The Live Earl Jive, David Marsden, Terry McElligot and Tim Thomas was PD there after Reiner.
Reiner and Tim Thomas worked at CHUM FM on the 10 pm to 2 am shift, each doing certain weekdays to some point in 1971 I believe. Then Reiner left for Montreal and Tim Thomas moved to the afternoon and I think the 10 to 2 am shift was taken over by John Donabie.JD if you are reading this do you know the date you started at CHUM FM ?
