Al Coombs is a morning news guy at CJBK London AM1290 -- a Bell media station 

This a.m. came word he was moving on to a new career -- an education assistant with the local school bd.

He said he was doing it to improve his family life having two kids ages 5 and  7

He said on air that one of the things he was most proud of was that he was able to keep a job

That he had "survived"

A somewhat more pleasant departure from Bell for a change
