Announced today, Bell is selling 49.9 percent of its tower portfolio for $2.45 billion to the Caisse.
The Caisse is a (barely) minority shareholder, so Bell will call the shots. Bell will continue to own the lands. Bell will now pay rent to TowerCo, which supposedly will benefit from a growth of third-party revenue. TowerCo will also develop new sites.
This at a time when the competing wireless carriers are trying to cut back capex for network expansion.
So Bell makes its balance sheet look better (for a while, anyway).
Only time will tell....

This sounds like it is for Bell Cell towers, not Bell Radio and TV towers.
Does anyone know if Bell also has its Cell equipment on its radio and TV towers. Is this even possible with its AM radio towers.

There's no reason you could not install cell equipment on FM radio towers although I don't know if it is done. Although theoretically possible I'd keep my cell stuff off of AM radio towers.

I grew to hate those cell towers way back in the days of my 10' C-Band satellite dish. Everytime they built a new one and turned it on, I would sometimes get horrible interference on the picture.
Those transponder signals were fragile enough without any extra interference added in. I remember having to buy filters to screen out the problem - another expense! And even then, they didn't always work.

One example of an FM sharing tower space with cell equipment is Indie FM Alliston (92.1)... their transmitter is at the Telus site on the Industrial Parkway, just inside the boundaries of the Honda plant's property, and to gain access to the site, one must check in with Honda security at the adjacent gate. I was part of the build team when then-owner My Broadcasting Corporation was getting ready to launch the station (CIMA-FM) in late summer 2013, and their gear was/is in a little prefab shack at the base of the freestanding tower.
When the engineer and I drove up to the gate for the first time and explained that we were from the soon-to-launch radio station, the guard on duty mentioned he used to work at one of the Barrie stations, specifically CHAY-FM... and I remember hearing this jock on CHAY in the late '90s, during their mainstream AC years, and leading up to the October 2000 flip to CHR "Energy".
