The station has applied to the CRTC to move its antenna to the new CBC transmitter, lower its power slightly and start up an HD signal.
From their application:
"Rogers Media Inc.’s (Rogers) CHEZ-FM radio station is currently a site licensee on CBC Camp Fortune Tower site in Chelsea, Quebec. CBC has installed a new Combined FM Antenna System at the site that is suitable for use by multiple FM stations and provides HD capability.
Rogers is applying to relocate the CHEZ-FM signal from the existing FM antenna, located at 70.7 meters on the tower, to the new CBC FM antenna, located at 100.1 meters on the tower. The existing FM antenna will be removed from the CBC tower. To maintain CHEZ-FM’s current coverage contours, the ERP will be lowered from 92 kW to 75.86 kW.
Rogers also intends to apply to add HD Radio service to the CHEZ-FM signal."

Makes sense.
They'll probably put their Ottawa rimshot signal Country 101.1 (Smiths Falls) on the HD2; it competes in the Ottawa market but has weak reception in the east end.
The only other commercial station in HD is Bell's Move 100.3, which has sister AMs 580 CFRA and TSN 1200 on its sub-channels.
