She's one of the better political reporters in Canada and is frequently featured as a panelist on shows involving Vassy Kapelos. But now Marieke Walsh won't just be guesting on CTV, she'll be working for them as well. 

Walsh has left the Globe and Mail after covering politics for the paper since 2019. She has previous broadcast experience having also worked for Global News. 

Her new CTV post is as Deputy Bureau Chief of the network's Ottawa Bureau.
