Hear The Newly Released Lost & Unfinished John Lennon Beatle Song
They haven't been around since the end of the 60s, but new Beatles material seems to keep turning up all these decades later. The latest discovery is a song John Lennon was working on but never finished. But that hasn't stopped it from being released anyway.
It's on the Beatles' "Rubber Soul: Special Edition," a new album celebrating that milestone LP. It's called "Little Girl" and it doesn't even have an ending. You get a feel of what the song could have been, and a lot of "la la's" where the unwritten lyrics might have appeared.
Who knows what the complete version could have sounded like. But the 2 minute snippet available shows that may not have been a huge loss.

I can hear why this song didn’t get completed! However, the way he sang “I love you” is similar to how he delivered that line in “Woman” off Double Fantasy.
