It's not a huge scandal as these things go, but it is puzzling. John Murphy, who was the voice of the Buffalo Bills for 34 years before a stroke forced his retirement in 2023, has reportedly been banned from the team's press box.

Murphy is convinced it's all because of a story he penned criticizing new head coach Joe Brady. 

"Murphy received a text from WIVB sports director Josh Reed two days after the column was posted that Murphy wouldn’t have a seat in the press box at the team’s new stadium."

So far, the Bills have refused to comment, but it's a pretty sad move from a team he loved and toiled for, for more than three decades.
