I had the pleasure of sitting in on Dick's show for an hour at Q95.5 in the mid 90's?    What a production.  It ran like an orchestra and Dick was the conductor.  The highlight was Dick reading a live spot and realizing mid commercial the close out jingle was in a stack of carts in front of him.   While reading he swiped it out of the pile and tossed it to his op, who loaded it and fired it as Dick was finishing.  It was also fun to watch him approve scripts and bits.   Glory Days for sure.
