You knew A.I. was coming from your job, but if you do traffic on the radio, here's the proof. A new A.I. generated traffic report program can not only locate incidents on the road, but put together a computer generated voice to tell you its findings.
Will cheapskate owners, looking to save every nickel, actually put this on their airwaves? And will listeners accept it or even know the difference? You can hear a sample of it below.

For now the program is only available in the U.S. and the U.K., so Canadian traffic people are safe - for now. But the road ahead isn't exactly clear.
