Terry Williams RIP

Longtime radio announcer and PD Terry Williams has passed.
From his Facebook page:

“It is with the greatest sadness that the family informs you that Terry passed away peacefully at home Wednesday, January 8th following a long illness.

Throughout his life, Terry most loved three things. First and foremost was his family.
He was so proud of his sons Zakkary and Aaron and his loving wife, Christine.

The best part of his day was sitting around the dinner table talking about our days, always getting in a Dad joke or two.

His second great love was radio. He started as a rock and roll D.J. at two different radio stations and worked his way up to becoming a Program Director at seven. He took great pride in his baby C-100 in Halifax. He worked hard to make it the best of the best and helped it rise to the top of it's market. He always said he lead the best Announcers in the country.

Third was his passion for cars, especially, especially his prized MGs. One 51 years old and the other 40. Attending car shows was an annual summer event, where he won several awards proudly displayed in his home office.
Both Aaron and Zakkary loved the car shows and both of them became car lovers.

Terry is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, his sons Zakkary and Aaron (Sara).

Terry will be greatly missed by his family, and many throughout the radio and antique car buffs.”
