But it was, in England in the year 2000. It was called "The Naked Jungle" and it was a kind of stunt show, where the contestants had to complete tasks in order to win the game. The twist - every one of the male and female contestants were completely naked through the entire program and unlike the more modern "Naked & Afraid," there was no pixelation of anything.

I'd never heard of this before and research indicates it only ran one time on Britain's Channel 5 as a celebration of naturists. Incredibly, it lives on with its sole episode up on YouTube, featuring - as Monty Python might say - all the naughty bits.
The show was roundly condemned after it aired and was even brought up to much derision in the House of Commons. But despite all the controversy, it still managed to attract some 2 million viewers the night it aired. A one off that even in these more liberal times, might have been too much for regular TV.
