Michael Whalen Passes Away
Former TSN reporter Michael Whalen has died at the age of 82
Mr. Whalen was the TSN Montreal reporter from the networks inception in 1986 until his retirement in 2007
Prior to working at TSN he had stints at both CBC and CFCF Montreal
He was a solid guy
May he rest in peace

I had no idea he was in the Montreal hotel room with John & Yoko and scored an interview with them when they did their famous "Bed-in For Peace."
