No, he didn't say anything untoward. But his wardrobe did. I was always told on air people should avoid anything with thin stripes if they're going to appear in front of a green screen. Chromakey is not your friend. But Global's chief meteorologist Anthony Farnell apparently forgot that lesson and wore a suit that featured nothing but mini-pinstripes.
As he appeared before his superimposed maps, he paid the price, at one point turning blue on camera and another becoming bathed in green. Laughing during his appearance, he good naturedly asked the crew if he should just stay off camera and let the graphics tells the story.
Every time he came on screen, his suit drove the cameras crazy and I'm guessing he will not be wearing it again anytime soon. But it was fun while it lasted!

Saw this. Farrell definitely noticed with a simple, "That's interesting..." before moving off screen entirely.

The crew were laughing every time he came on camera and turned a different colour!
But he handled it like a pro and with humour, which was the right way to do it.

I noticed a few months ago there is one camera that's always a bit too much green on "The Morning Show". I sent them feedback about it, but I never got any responses, nor have they completely fixed it. It's still noticeable now, but just less so than when I first saw it.
