While the Blue Jays may have their hands full contemplating free agents over the winter, there's only one major talent Sportsnet wants to sign up again: play-by-play and colour man Buck Martinez. 

Despite missing time in his fight with cancer in the past, and turning 75 in the present, the former Jays catcher wants to come back to the booth he's called home for the past few decades. Now they just have to come to an agreement. 

It's expected both sides are motivated to make a deal, and it would be very surprising if - health permitting - Martinez doesn't return for another season.
