Who Fired Shots Into A B.C. Radio Station?

That's what police want to know, after bullets flew through a Surrey, B.C. radio station overnight. Thankfully there was no one in the building at the time but when employees of ethnic formatted Swift 1200 AM arrived in the morning, they discovered shells had been sent through parts of the studios.

The South Asian radio outlet had previously aired a discussion about a foreign organization being officially designated a terrorist organization by the Canadian government and cops are wondering if that made them a target. Authorities say it could also be linked to a series of extortion attempts in the area.

So far no arrests and thankfully no injuries.

It's the second major attack on a radio station in this country in the last two months. You may remember a story posted here about CKAR in Huntsville being the victim of arson in August. Haven't heard of any arrests in that case, either.
