This person is 'supposedly' blind but on certain topics, his/her grammar/spelling is fine which is interesting.... On others, not so much.
From my perspective, I find some of his/her submissions are bordering on racist comments.
I know there's some political back-and-forth here which I don't mind, but I don't believe there's any need for his/her racist type comments.

I rarely do it, I hate doing it and it's a last resort. But not only are these kinds of comments abhorrent, even if you could argue you have a right to express your opinion, bigoted comments about any ethnic groups or events in the Middle East have absolutely NOTHING to do with local radio and TV. They do not belong here. And they won't be left up for long.
I trust our friend in the Bluffs and others have received the message and will choose to take those opinions elsewhere.

I didn't realize there was another thread on this topic. My apologies.
Reading some of this person's posts and the inference that he/she has a visual disability, I find quite curious. Some of the grammar in certain posts are fine however, suddenly other posts seem unusually poorly written.
If this person is using voice dictation on the computer (as I'm right now), it comes out with proper grammar and spelling.
If people say something racist and then apologize, they are actually telling you who they really are and what they believe.When it comes to these types of comments which I've received over the years, I never give people a second chance. One time is too many and you are gone from my life!

I cannot say what software this poster is using, but he did put up a message a few months ago, apologizing for his spelling. At the time, I did not realize he was visually impaired and I think it's great that he's still able to contribute here. I take him at his word that it's whatever software he's using and the fact he was not able to learn to spell in the traditional way most of us did.
My problem isn't spelling - it's typing! I'm so typo prone, it's a wonder anything comes out making any sense!

I'm actualy legaly blind.
The softwair I use is jaws for windows.
What I do, because dictation messes up is I think about how the word's spelled or I look up the spelling of the word.

I did not think what I said about strict muslims bigoted.
I like muslims, just not the realy strict and foolish ones who support tarorists and sharia.
And, muslim is a religion, not a race.
I think the same about some fundie christian groups like mormons.

Regardless of your beliefs, what do Muslims or any other religion have to do with a radio and TV board that covers the Ontario market? You're free to think as you like but please find another place to post those opinions. As noted repeatedly, those kind of observations don't belong here. It has to stop if you want to continue to be a SOWNY member. I don't have a lot of rules. But this is one of the biggest. Please comply and thanks in advance.

I mostly said my opinions on the political posts and in replies to comments about brian lilly and ezra levant's beleefs.
I love being a sowny member.
I guess, comments on Toronto sun articals is a better place for my opinions.
