Is This What's Replacing Ashby's Show?

It's not exactly the same audience or demo, but it's being licensed from the same Bell Media subset, OrbytMedia.

It's a "Throwback Show," specializing in music from the 80s and 90s.

Re: Is This What's Replacing Ashby's Show?

Orby Media has had other oldies shows offered beyond Roger Ashby.  Casey Kasem's American Top 40 has been one of their shows for a long time. I noticed others come and go over the years that Orby had made available as well.  This one is a lot different since it isn't playing music from the 50's-70's, and geared for a "younger" demo.

I don't know, but I wouldn't be surprised if Roger's Oldies program will still be available through Orby or maybe Roger himself.  I am intrigued that Doug Thompson mentioned that Mr. Ashby may not be ready to retire just yet.  Still can't get ZOOMER out of my head!!

Hope this program airs on CHUM FM and adds music from the 00s.
They should've had a lost throwbacks program with songs that did not play on the radio for a long time.
