I think I see what's happened. Rogers has re-launchd it, but only (so far) for their subscribers.
I got it via Bell, which is not carrying the Rogers version (yet) and is only displaying a message saying the channel is no longer available.

There are some ads on my Rogers box.
(found on channel guide in between channel numbers) Click on that and you go directly to the new channel.
