Ontario Superior Court rules on Jerry Agar libel case

https://nationalpost.com/news/canada/saying-canadian-union-of-postal-workers-supports-hamas-was-not-libel-ontario-court-rules

What this means going forward to media personalities and journalists will hopefully be discussed by the various lawyers that appear on radio and television.

Does anyone find it curious that there's absolutely no mention of Jerry's radio show on Newstalk 1010 anywhere in the article?

Re: Ontario Superior Court rules on Jerry Agar libel case

I listened briefly to Agar this morning because I was curious about why the court decided in Quebecor's favour, and Sun network etc.
Agar actually explained that for some bizarre reason the court did not know that Agar had a radio talk show.
They just knew about his Sun news network and his column in the Sun newspaper.
Therefore Bell media escaped being sued too
Anyway that's his explanation.
I can only assume that CUP W did not cite the 1010 talk show so it wasn't in the suit.
