Warren Cosford
Anyone who knows, or knows of Warren Cosford (former Production Director at 1050 CHUM & CHUM FM as well as Program Director of CHUM FM 1977-1980) know he's a legend in the broadcast industry.
He's also been a friend to many (including myself). Elizabeth Smith has asked that I pass on this update on Warren's health.
Warren was admitted to hospital following a stroke that occurred on August 2. He is convalescing at home.As some of you have likely noticed, ”Warren’s List” and email accounts, along with his Facebook page have been sidelined until further word.Thanks to friends and former colleagues for your kind words and greetings. Please, know that the value of your friendship is immeasurable.

These subject lines with only a person's first and last name are incredibly frustrating because per board convention it implies a death. Quite ominous deciding to click-through. Why not something like "Warren Cosford ailing"?
