CHCH-DT virtual 11 (RF 15) is currently sitting in black, no sound. Its been down since 3pm Sunday afternoon

They have lost feed signal from their Toronto MCR to their Flamborough site.  It appears to be an issue with their ISP provider / Carrier... 

No estimate of time as to when restoration will occur....

And it appears that they are back on air...  apparently it was due to a "power issue" affecting some fibre gear...
