    It appears so. At least CTV is promoting something free to watch unlike their app where you need a TV provider to access certain content. Maybe they can move some of the libary content they air on their main CTV and CTV 2 channels to the new stremming channels and get CTV 2 to air some of the stuff from the US at least.
