    18.1 Million Watch Republican Convention Coverage Last Night In US

    The 18.1 million viewers were split up over the 12 networks that had Day One coverage of the convention last  night. 
    Ratings were up 6% from four years ago but down 21% from 2016 when Donald Trump first came on the scene.
