Montreal Listeners of WVPS, Vermont Public Radio may no longer be able to hear those broadcasts on 107.9, now that CRTC has approved a new Country music station  on that same frequency for Joliette PQ.

I'm trying to post a link to the story here. I hope it works out. I was surprised to learn that stations in the US or in Canada have no obligation to protect stations on the same frequency in the neighbouring country.
