I suspect it has something to do with a Hamilton Tiger-Cats broadcast obligation on 900CHML, which as many know, is the source studio for The Roy Green Show.

Not on again today
Someone on X (Twitter) to a few people asking about this wrote "He’s still on Toronto 650 CKOM station. We’re listening live now." in the last hour. Contrary to that poster's remark, that's of course not a Toronto station (it's based in Saskatoon), but it's streamable at . Sounds like a reroll, though, with not particularly topical subjects.

Nothing on his Twitter/X page, either. He often explains his absences there. Last entry is May 19th.

Mike Bendixen is National Director of Talk Radio at Corus Entertainment. I would think he had some involvement in the choice of programming around what appears to be an unforeseen development.
