K/W stations on the move

Two FM stations are about to change frequency in the Kitchener/Waterloo area. Faith FM [CJTW-FM] is testing its new freq. of 93.7 with higher power - 420 watts. They will be leaving 94.3

Sound FM will be moving to 102.7 [yes another 102.7] from 100.3 next month to allow for CKRZ-FM Oshweken to increase power to 5kWs.

Jack Schoone...

There's a name I haven't heard in a very long time...

Alive and well and living in West Palm Beach Florida...so I'm told...

K-Dub's very own Alan Freed.    Why someone would retire to Palm Beach rather than Kitchener, Elmira or Bridgeport defies logic.   What was he thinking?

Has CKRZ already increased power?  I only ever hear Barrie on 100.3 here in the west end of Toronto but lately CKRZ has been showing up.
