The new channel will be called "Dare" and will feature shows originally shown on the A&E cable network.
"The new network will include many hit series including American Pickers, Storage Wars, Pawn Stars, Alone, Swamp People, Counting Cars, and Ax Men to name a few."
It's not certain whether there will be a Buffalo station that will pick this up, but it already has an 80% clearance in the U.S., so chances are pretty good it could turn up there. We'll know more when it debuts on July 1st, Canada Day.
Not sure yet whether it will also be available on the web, like on a Tubi or Pluto, but it will be using the slogan "Dare To Defy," which is strange. Up until last year, that was the on-air motto of The CW, which ultimately abandoned it.

All those shows are already on one of the buffalo subchannels but I forget which one.

It might have been Twist TV, which was on WGRZ's 2.5. But that network died a little over a month ago and is no longer on the air. If it wasn't that one, you can bet the newcomer will take those shows away from whoever has them now, once the rights expire.

In the Detroit area they are on DEFY and used to be on TrueReal (until that closed up and merged with DEFY)
