Rogers Scraps In-house IPTV Plan

Not a lot of good news these days at the house that Ted built.  Roger's answer to Bell Fibre, which was supposed to be introduced this month, has been scrapped.  Instead, they'll be licensing Comcast's product but it won't come out until at least 2018.  That means a writeoff of more than 1/2 billion dollars!
